It is empowered to decide on all the issues concerning the functioning of the ABSB. The Board calls together the GA, approves and expels the ABSB members. It has the power to make changes to the ABSB structure and its governing positions and to run its current management. It is responsible for keeping up-to-date documentation regarding the proper functioning of the ABSB and enforcing the decisions of the General Assembly. The Chairman presides over the Board and represents the Association in all the cases envisaged by the law or required by its functioning.
